i keep hearing laughter or whistling when nobody else is around. and then my eyes start hurting.
i cant think of any other explanation than i must be crazy...
what do you think???

Hello everyone!

so my problem is that I weigh 192 pounds, 5'8", and my bmi is 30, i need to lose weight but every time i try, i see this really good junk food item and eat it. I am going to orlando at the end of the summer and France next summer, so i really want to look my best!!!!!!!
i need help cause apparantly my mother and father think i am fat and i am pretty sure that i am depressed... recently got out of a good relationship....

Is there any thing i can do RIGHT????????????????

I'm 170 lbs at 5'8 and have been trying to lose weight since December. I was 180 lbs to start with, and have only lost those 10 lbs in 5 months. I used to jog about half an hour a day, but my ankles started hurting, now I'm on the stationary bike for about half an hour to 45 minutes. Every morning and night I do 100 curl ups and 25 push ups. Every other day or every three days I lift weights. I can feel my stomach tightening. Now I just need to lose that extra fat in front of the muscle. I've also been eating about 4-5 small meals a day and drinking plenty of water. Any suggestions. I'm not into doing anything drastic.

when my boyfriend sleeps he likes to hold on to the back of my underwear. I sleep facing away from him. often i wake up and he has the top back of my panties in a death grip, snoring away. if you do this, why? it doesnt bother me but I would like to know a bit more about how your man minds work...

Our family physician just gave my husband splints and told him to take some aleve for his hand problems. His hands and fingers hurt, more so at night, and nothing seems to be helping. We are just trying to figure out what it could be before we see a specialist. What are the major differences between tendonitis and carpal tunnel? Any info. would be helpful!!!

If I sit down for about 15 minutes my toes go blue and if I do that circulation test thing where you press down on your toe for a second they take ages to 'colour up' again, my fingers are also cold all the time; even in the summer if people shake hands with me they always go 'gosh your cold' or make some other similar comment, my fingers are also a lot redder than anyone elses that I know (I don't know if thats related. It's not due to cold weather or anything, becuase they are permanently cold.

My dad has schizophrenia and im starting to have delusions (visual and auditory). Also sometimes I feel like something is touching me and I have had sleep problems. I also have mood swings and speaking gibberish. These problems have been occuring since I was a 5 year old.

Each day of the month I take a nap every 2 hours. I feel so tried all day and still sleep at night. I have no sex drive, ambition or self -esteem. I do very little activity. Just what has to be done. Ususally, I cook dinner and wash 1 load of laundry. HOWEVER, the day I start my period I am full of life. I feel good about myself, I want to get dressed and look good, I clean my house,I excerise, I run errands,I make love to my husband. Then I start my period later that day and I am back to the same tired individual. Thank God, I no longer work. Working was torturous. One doctor prescribed progestrone cream. I tried it for 6 months. I was a basket case and gained 14 inches around my waist. Now, I look pregnant all of the time and still feel terrible.Please help me!!! Needless to say, my life is a wreck with inly actually living 1 day a month. I see alternative and regular medical doctors. I am open to any serious suggestions.
