starting on the first day of your period?
or
starting on the Sunday after your period starts?

I would say sunday after your period starts. I kinda think its easier to remember actually! But thats my opinion. . . Best of Luck to you!!!

You should start the following Sunday after your period starts. If you start on the first day of your period it usually won't make your period any shorter. If you want to skip periods you should take Jolessa or Seasonale or use Loestrin 24 for a 3 day period. Also, if you aren't waiting the full 7 days then you will have to get your new packs early and it will mess with your insurance and they may not cover it some months.

My gyno told me to start the sunday after you start your period. I find it easier that way because a week goes Sunday to Saturday. That's just my opinion but I like starting it on sunday.

Sunday start is probably easier to go by, since it's the first day of the week and then you always know that Sunday would be the first day of a new pack.

That's just my logic, of course. ;)
