It may have to do w/ur weight. Your knees take the most beating. Every step any of us take, it puts your whole weight on the knees. I would wear super comfy shoes. Rubber soles help to absorb shock. I use to be on my feet a lot and sitting every 30 mins helps a lot. Also stretching by touching my toes while sitting on the floor. Or sit and rotate ur ankles to keep the circulation going. I use to wear support socks. It worked for me because they had better grip on the ankles. But rubber soles saved me many times. Also ones with arch support may help. I use to work at a shoe store and sometimes the simplest fix. Good luck!

It could be several things.

Maybe it is weight. You need to lose 75 lbs. Our joints are not mean to carry so much weight. Later in life you will be soooo sorry. The pain from damaged joint is horrible.

Maybe you need firm arch inserts in your shoes, your arches may be falling. Happy feet has arches. I got a pair about 8 years ago they cost about $50.00 but they are washer washable and I am still wearing the very same pair. They just go from shoe to shoe. I actually do not need them anymore, they healed my arches completely.

They hold your arches in the position they belong in and eliminate the dropping.

Good Luck
