If it's your parents, then constantly tell them that you do not want them to smoke, and cry if necessary. (the crying will really get to them)

You can't get anyone to stop smoking, just be there for them and let them know how much you care about them and that you would like them to quit, but remember you can't make someone do what they don't want to do.

you can talk to them about it or start stealing their smokes and flushing them, after a few times they'll get the point because smoking isn't a cheap habit

start smoking yourself. they're gonna see what it feels like watching somebody they like poisin themsleves. just don't get caried away.
