I just went to the dr to have my eye re evaluated and to find out since I am seeing double vision one above the other I need to have prism in my lens. My dr said that lens crafters should not charge for the lens itself but may for the prism. Does anyone know if they got their glasses from lens crafters?

he has had diarreah 9 times totally about 30 days of illness..his doctor has tested for parasites by testing his stool..and also had blood work...i know something isnt right...but i dont know what to ask the doctor to test for...he is an honor roll student...has many friends and is over all a happy well adjusted kid..(therefore ruling out emotional issues) i dont really know what to do...but he looks yellow/grey in color...and the doctor says its just a "growing" year for him...i feel helpless...what can i do..

I play soccer and my calves look great but at the top of my thighs they are way bigger my legs are sort of a V shape but its like skinny at the bottom and at half way from my knees to my bikini line but it gets really big around the upper thighs please help me!

I'm pretty sure it's because if you're in contact with the patient, you'll get electrocuted, but someone recently told me it was because the patient 'jumps' and might hit the doctors. I thought it was pretty bizarre.

my symptoms come in episodes (2 or 3 weeks) at a time.

when i'm feeling fine:
i can live up to my daily routine. i can go to work and school without worrying about anything. i eat and sleep fine. but the feeling of being fine seems to only last for a couple of weeks.

then, suddenly something takes over me:
i feel like i'm being talked about at school or work (even towards family, at times). i feel like people are plotting against me. i start watching my back because i'm paranoid and panic attacks hit me left and right. and then there're times when i just feel like i'm depressed. i feel like i'm not living up to life's expectations and i'm not happy. the feeling of worthlessness. my paranoia can get so bad to the point where i feel like people are going to slip drugs into my foods/drinks or being followed as i'm driving. but worse of all, listening to other people talk and believing that there are hidden messages (against me) in their conversation.

I think I have finally found out whats wrong with me it's called Depersonalization Disorder if you read all of my questionsed i posted I am emotionaly numb and feel like im not in my body or mind and i can only feel emotions and feel normal when i smoke a joint I think I have Depersonalization Disorder and there is no medication for this????????????????? this kicked in when I was 14 im 20 now. And when I do smoke a Joint it scares me because I feel Like a diffrent person so no dont accuse me of being a pot head

I have been having off and on stomach problems for the past year and a half. I started goin to the doctor and had an upper and lower GI scope and they biopsied and found nothing. Then I had a hida scan done and showed a slow emptying gallbladder, so I had it removed. I was ok for about two months then I got salmonella good poisoning. I am having more trouble now than ever. I have had Ct scans, xrays, blood tests, and the only thing they found was mesenteric adenitis which is swelling of the lymph nodes. It is usually only found in children but I have been on meds for a month now and it hasnt got any better and the pain is still there and I am having, diarhea, nausea, vomiting, extremely dry skin, dizzyness and severe abdominal and pelvic pains. The Ct scan also showed a cyst on my liver and left kidney and both ovaries. But the doctors have tried several meds and still nothing is better. I have lost 8 lbs in the past month and have been eating soup and crackers. What Is wrong with me?
