is it muscle..cuz if it is..you arent' going to be able to loose that as easily...if it is cellulite, then jog more

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Sit in a chair and keep your legs straight and off the ground about six inches. Make sure your toes are pointed. Turn your right foot slightly so that the bottom of your foot is facing the left and cross it on top of your left foot so that your right foot is above your left. It almost looks like you are about to cross your legs but you don't make it that far.The straighter you keep your legs, the more you will feel the muscle on the inside of your thigh work. Do it a couple of times and repeat for the other side.

i have the exact same problem. i used to be soo self concious about it. I even went on diets and i was super skinny. The thing is, i have really skinny calves so everyone thinks that i have skinny thighs, but when i wear a bathing suit thats a different story. What has really helped me, is doing preventions butt thighs and abs workout. That tones your thighs and helps prevent cellulite. Also, at the gym there is this machine that you sit on, and you put your thighs outside of two pads w/ weights on them, and then squeeze your legs together and that also tones the inner thighs.

Do u have curves 4 women?its a gym 4 woman its great.that should take care of your thighs.its not your average gym u get a great work out&its really fun.they usually will let u try it 4 a week 2 c if u like.i hope this will help you.

cycling and swimming Breaststroke artwork for me. do no longer provide up different workouts, or you will benefit weight on different physique areas. do no longer weight loss software, yet consume healthful foodstuff. No junk foodstuff, and don't pass nutrients. in case you won't be in a position to cycle, try exercycling.

you can't target an area to loose weight, but you can target it to build muscle. try squats and lunges.
