Circumcision is a procedure where the foreskin is cut off of the head of the penis. Basically the only "symptom" could be the lack of the foreskin...

PS...they look different...maybe that's what you mean. You can look up medical pics of both. And just to let you know- its usually done at birth but can be done when the male gets older.

P.S.S. There is no proven medical need for circumcision. It stems from religious preference...and eventually turned into the visual preference it is today. You should watch the circumcision episode of Penn and Teller's BS...I think it is in season 1 or 2

Screaming and crying,

Circumcision is a surgical procedure
normally done shortly after the birth of a boy.

Circumcision is a surgical procedure not an infectious disease. The foreskin of the penis is removed. It is done for hygiene purposes.

Awake or asleep? Circumcising removes the foreskin of the penis or hood of the clitoris.
