Are you worrying about something? Even if you're not aware of it, you may be subconsciously worried or having feelings of guilt or anxiety about something in the past, or fear of some future indefinate problem.

It can be a first symptom of depression - a forewarning if you like. However, worrying about it will only make it worse. Cut out all caffeine and try a hot milky drink last thing at night. Herbal sleeping tablet are OK short-term but can lead to depression if taken for too long. Also make sure you don't go to bed on a full stomach - wait at least four hours after a meal before going to bed. I hope this helps.

its summer, your body is trying to adjust and will settle down when the weather cools off a bit.

Also could be that if you are growing (like teenage growing), your hormones are going a little mad and are working overtime, in short, your head is still moving but your body wants to be still. Seems like your head wins most of the time, and this is normal, you mind is growing faster than your body.

Try to atleast rest your body for a while, lie down and lie on your back and perfectly still, even if you dont sleep, atleast you will have a bit more of a chance of not feeling so achey the next day.

Having said this, check out your cafine intake, dont drink any tea, coffee, diet or normal coke or pepsi and steer clear of alchohol, all can and will keep you awake, take like a day off of taking them- if you really cannot manage, try reducing them so you have alot less or just none after 12 noon. You could also try warmed milk- no sugar or very little sugar (1 teaspoon per 300 mls is enough) any type of milk will be ok, to help settle you down just before you want to sleep.

All are up to our minds. Just say," I had a great day. Tomorrow is going to be great than today. I am happy ."Worried might be there. Try to forget those. I hope u don't have a habit of sleeping during day. Reading books helps sometimes.
