Buy benzyl peroxide from a drug store or pharmacy. It will get rid of it in 2 days. NOTHING can get rid of acne overnight really. Benzyl peroxide will work EXTREMELY well however.
Just ask an employee inside the store you're buying it from. CVS, Walgreens, and even grocery stores carry it.

I feel your pain. I break out at the worst moments say before a wedding or interview . What works for me is slicing a potato and letting it sit for a few on the blemish . By morning it's usually zapped it.

put toothpaste on the zit overnight. It should be gone.
