When you stop having cramps and the urge to run to the bathroom subsides. If it is the flu, it could take a few days. Once it stops, eat the brat diet (soft bananas, rice, apple sauce, and toast) and drink plenty of fluids until you get back on your feet again.

Try eating Activia everyday. It's yogurt, but it regulates your intestinal tract. I've eaten it everyday for 4 weeks and I'm diarrhea-free!
As for your current situation, it will stop once the "bad stuff" in your system is gone. Kind of like throwing up. Although you may still have cramping, the actually diarrhea will stop once there's nothing left to pass. I would reccomend taking some Kaopectate or Pepto Bismol for right now. You may be lactose intolerant (in which case you need to take Lact-Aid), you may have eaten some bad food, or you may have a virus. In any case, I wish you luck!

The last place you want to be is i the middle of a parking lot.
The stuff works.
