My mom has a little above normal insulin levels..

we would like to find out what an appropriate diet would be, to help level out this level. We are aware that carbohydrate intake should be lowered, but what other things can be done??

Would I be more protected taking it at exactly 7:01pm every day than someone who takes it at 6:30 some days, 7 other days and 7:30 other days?

I heard there's a 2 hour window...
but if I take it exactly on the dot (7:01) then will that mean better protection?

Well, there are orgasms and orgasms, and all of them are nice-However nothing can compare to the feeling of getting "there" while focussing solely on the head of the penis. I've masturbated some times touching only this part of the penis rubbing it with one or two fingers and have had girls lick and/or rub it with theirs.....and me rubing it on them...Well, there's no sensation like that. The orgasm lasts longer and it is more intense, while even way before the "explosion" i feel waves of pleasure. If nobody has experienced what i'm talking about, you should try it.

Hello all,

I am 23 and was recently scheduled for removal of tonsils.

I will be having surgery to have my tonsils and adenoids removed in about a month and I would like some feedback from some adults that have gotten them removed, the reason I say that is because the healing process is different from a child to an adult.

I would like to know how your surgery went, how long your operation lasted, how you felt after waking up, and how your healing/recovering was and how long it lasted.

My ENT doctor has told me that I should expect to be down for a full two weeks, is this reasonable?

Thank you so much for your help!

I wear the Bausch & Lomb PureVision contact lenses, but I often get terrible irritation (usually in my right eye). It gets so bad that my eye really burns and waters for about 24 hours, at least, and I have to sleep with an ice pack over my eye. It also gets really red.
I wear a toric lens in my right eye. This sometimes also happens with my left but usually with my right.
It didn't happen until the past year.

starting last week it seemed like whenever I was in my apartment, breathing started to hurt, my nose hurt when I woke up (breathe out of my nose), and I started coughing and sneezing a lot. I don't have allergies but I changed the air filter, etc. I thought maybe cuz the air conditioner was too cold so I raised the temp, then tried turning it off completely, etc. I even lost my voice from all the coughing. I know its my apartment cuz I'm fine outside and went away this weekend and never had any problems. Anyone know what I can do?

does drinking pop have anything to do with belly fat? my friend and i made a bet to each other that we would not drink pop until the last day of school in june.
I am not in any sports but i do walk about an extra mile almost every other than in school etc. please help i am desperate. i cant wear anything that is "body shaped" such as tshirts, dresses etc. the only thing that makes my jelly belly look semi normal are baggy sweat shirts.

i'm sixteen and i just shaved my pubic hair for the first time. it's really itchy and driving me crazy!

are there creams or something to soothe the itch after i shave and are safe enough to use down there? i don't want to use my lotion or something like i use when i shave my legs because i know lotions can irritate that area.
or is the itch something i will have to wait out? because when i shaved my legs the first time, i remember they itched and bothered me a little, but now when i shave my legs it's fine. so is the itching down there something that will eventually not itch anymore?
the itching may also be due to razor burn (because i really need some new razors). but i used shaving cream. so do you know of ways to help prevent getting razor burn or irritation down there, too?

thanks for any help!

ok so one time I was at the movies with a friend and this guy came over about a year older than me. he sat next to me ect. Then he put his arm around me and started feeling up my leg (if you know what I mean). After the movie he followed me and my friend out of the movie and said look at what you made me do... his white shirt was off-color.
Is it possible for a guy to have "wet dreams" during the day? Just wondering.

*No I'm not some stupid ditz that thinks babies come from bellybuttons

I was wondering if it was standard for the dermatologist to recommend getting a 70% glycolic peel before the tca peel or if it basically a racket. I have read that at-home glycolic (or retin-A) products may be used for about a month before the tca peel but don't remember reading about that percentage of an in-office glycolic peel beforehand. Thank you for any input!

I'm on the pill and have been for about 2 years now. I had my period as usual on the same days etc etc last week and stopped at my regular time. Now, a few days later, I've started bleeding again.
It's just like I'm on my period. Now I have only just discovered this so I've not bled that much, but there's still a fair amount of blood there.
I don't remember missing a pill and having sex with my partner recently.. but I just discovered I had missed 3 pills in a row (eek!!) - maybe that has something to do with it?

I need answers now - real ones please, ones that will HELP me, not make me angry at you for ur one word of ''advice''.

I'm really panicking.
