Well, there are orgasms and orgasms, and all of them are nice-However nothing can compare to the feeling of getting "there" while focussing solely on the head of the penis. Heck yea.....it is the most sensitive part of the penis. But it also is the first thing to become chafed or irritated. It helps to rub a penis health creme into the skin down there every day. These are made to protect the penis skin from all sorts of issues. I use one called Man1 Man Oil. It's great. Check it out.
