i went to my gyno today, she said i might have polyps, so i need a sonogram. anyone ever had them?

I had a polyp removed from the top of my cervix in 1999. My dr removed it right there in the office.

As for what they do for them it depends on the location and the size. It's usually best to have them removed (many of them being benign) as they can sometimes cause problems with irregular bleeding.
