ok so one time I was at the movies with a friend and this guy came over about a year older than me. he sat next to me ect. Then he put his arm around me and started feeling up my leg (if you know what I mean). After the movie he followed me and my friend out of the movie and said look at what you made me do... his white shirt was off-color.

You let a perfect stranger put his arm around you and start playing with your ****,I should go to the movies more often but,to answer your question,no, you cannot have a wet dream while you are awake,unless of course it was a wet daydream but as he had his hand roaming around,then it wasn't that either,he must have had his equipment out for him to have made his shirt off colour.He was probably playing with himself at the same time he was playing with you.

Yes, guys can have what are called spontaneous emissions, or daytime "wet dreams" (only without the dream, of course). I suspect his wasn't "spontaneous" in the usual sense, and that he helped himself along in the dark.
