well...there isn't a complete answer to your question because for one thing working out will give you more muscle mass, which in turn will increase your weight. However, if you do cardio exercise, it will burn fat and lower your weight. BUT if you don't watch what you eat, you will still gain weight regardless of your exercise. One simple rule: caloric intake should be less than your resting metabolic rate = lose weight. I would need to know more of your body composition before giving you a straight answer that works.
