That happens when one has a yeast infection. Get an appointment with your doctor. For someone that this is their first infection a doctor is recommended. If you are getting them frequently usually the doctor will take your word when you call them and they will call into the pharmacy the necessary medication.

there is some discharge that you may have that can be clear or have a whitish tint to it, this is the body's way of cleaning it self out. I would not recommend douching because this disrupts the normal pH of the vaginal area and can lead to frequent yeast infections. if what you have is itchy or really white cottage cheese looking and constantly draining you might have a yeast infection. Do not treat your self if this is your first one, go to the Dr. good luck and God bless

Yes, they do if it's either in the couple weeks before their period (and in this case it's just a bit thicker but not like for an infection) or if it's like cottage cheese then it could mean an infection.

I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.

If this white stuff is a bit chunky and you are itchy as well, SEE YOUR DOCTOR. That's generally a sign of a vaginal yeast infection.
