I am about 40 pounds higher than I want to be. I am a vegetarian and am eating lots of good protein in the form of lentils, eggs, beans, tofu. I have upped my protein considerably from before. I have lost 11 pounds so far, but the scale is not budging anymore and I don't know why!

I have heard that it is bad to eat less than 1200 cals per day. I burn 600/day jogging so why am I having a problem?

They said the cyst was a 5, which I do not understand how large that is. He tested blood and protein in his urine. Could this be the reason?

Some details that may be useful:

I am 16 years old and recently had a growth spurt.
I play soccer and run regularly.
I've had this kind of pain for months now but it has gotten worse lately.
This pain occurs on both knees.
There is no pain when I actually squat, but once I get up from that position, the pain is strange.
The pain is mostly under my kneecaps and in that surrounding area. I don't know the medical names, sorry.

After 30 years, I ran into an old high school boyfriend. Our children are now older than we were when we dated! Yet it's shocking how little has changed about us. That said, I was disturbed by my friend's eyes. They seem to, as I said above, operate independently. Sometimes both eyes are looking right at me. At other times, I had to decide which eye was focusing on me while the other one looked at different things, apparently. He apologised for not being able to "focus on things for long" and I said I hadn't noticed. I Googled this and all I could find was Strabismus (being cross-eyed or wall-eyed). This is definitely not that. Can it be fixed?

i have found out that I have a heart aneurysm. I am trying to decide between non-invasive surgery and open heart surgery. I am 27 so I (hopefully!!!) have a long time ahead of me. I dont want to be in and out of surgery. does anyone know the chances of having to repeat surgery with the non-invasive methods, coil and stent and the risks of open heart surgery on someone my age. i think there is obviously less risk for me than for a 60 year old man.

Is muscle twitching/cramping of one hand most likely just a temporary thing? When I don't try to move it, my middle finger twitches. I don't have other symptoms and am not medicated. Thanks.

Especially in the aspects of time management and
effectiveness of getting work done, how much truth is
the saying,”Early to bed and early to rise makes one
healthy,wealthy and wise”?
For the same amount of time spent, is work started
early in the morning,is better generally for everybody
or it depends very much on individual style, character
and the respective environments?
