According to www.epilepsy.com, "About half of the children with TLE outgrow the disorder."

For further information on the disorder go to:
www.epilepsy.com/epilepsy/epilepsy temporallobe.html
Or try wikipedia by just typing "temporal lobe epilepsy" into Yahoo! search and going to the wikipedia link that is given along with many others.
