I think you mean what weight is healthy for you height. This isn't an exact science, but if you go to Google and look for a BMI Calculator, you can enter your age, height and weight and see where you fall on the chart. BMI stands for Body Mass Index and it can help you tell if you are a healthy weight. However, if you have a lot of muscle mass, BMI may still tell you you are obese, even if you are really not, as muscle weighs a lot more than fat.
By the sounds of it, you are an average-to-slim 16 year old and your weight and height are good in proportion to each other.
