Lean meats with healthy fats. (fish is a good source) AND it can be cooked up so many good ways. Well, besides frying. Egg whites can do it. Good for breakfast. Protein drinks if you need extra. Lean steaks. Lean hamburger meat. Well, that's how I did it when I used to lift weights. Many little meals with lean meat. GOOD LUCK!

Meal #1 - 4 egg white, two egg yokes, bowl of oatmeal
22 grams protein, 10 grams fat, 50 grams carbs
Meal #2 - Protein shake, banana
30 grams protein, 30 grams carbs
Meal #3 - Tuna salad sandwich
30 grams protein, 20 grams carbs, 2 grams fat
Meal #4 - Protein shake, handful of nuts
40 grams protein, 5 grams fat, 5 grams carbs
Meal #5 - Grilled Chicken breast on wild rice, vegatables
40 grams protein, 5 grams fat, 70 grams carbs
Meal #6 - Cottage cheese
25 grams protein
I hope you like this because as a bodybuilder, you'll only eat this, and only this everyday with very little variation.....sigh, the things we do to keep ourselves looking good.

Whey Protein powder is your best source of protein without any fat. This comes in many different flavors and tastes really good. You can pick this up at any health food store.
