Especially in the aspects of time management and
effectiveness of getting work done, how much truth is
the saying,”Early to bed and early to rise makes one
healthy,wealthy and wise”?
For the same amount of time spent, is work started
early in the morning,is better generally for everybody
or it depends very much on individual style, character
and the respective environments?

You can get up early, sit in a chair and watch TV all day and not get "healthy, wealthy, and wise". You still have to do the necessary things that make these things happen - put money away, read books, go to school or take a course, eat right and exercise. And you still might not get wise - you have to have at least a little common sense to gain wisdom over time. There's a reason there's a saying "there's no fool like and old fool".

The majority of people can get more work done in the morning although not everybody.

I personally get an incredible amount of work done before most people even wake up. I work on the most important thing I need to get done, get that out of the way and my day seems to go so much better.

If you go to bed early and get a good 8 hours sleep then you are giving your brain and body ample time to replenish and repair.

This in turn will lead to more energy, less chance of illness and provide you with more concentration.

This is where the saying comes from, as if you have more energy and concentration and less illness then you are likely to work harder and more efficiently therefore earning more money
