She emailed me that she found out about a year ago (I haven't talked to her much lately), and asked me to walk or donate. I will email her back to tell her I'd be happy to, but what else do I say to her about it?

So, since about 3 months 4 months ago I've been experiences frequent urination. At the beginning, it was a little more severe, as I had to go sometimes every 20 minutes, unless I stopped drinking water...even then, I had to urinate eventually.

I went to the dr. and they did a urinalysis, which showed no glucose in it. A few days later I went again, and they did a glucose test (non-fasting), and it came out at 133, which I've read is normal for non-fasting, random tests.

The strange thing is that it goes away at times, there are days when I can drink and eat anything (caffeine, sugar), and I will be okay. Other days, however, if I drink a cup of water I have to go to the bathroom 3 times after it.

I can't really seem to find what makes it better or worse...although during rainy/cold days it seems to appear more.

I havent been back to the dr. because it's expensive and I have no insurance.

I'm afraid I have Diabetes Type 2...but can it appear at intervals?

I know living in Canada doesn't help, but I am abnormally cold all the time. My fingernails and toenails turn from light blue to dark blue the colder I get, and sometimes my lips go a bit pale or light blue. I keep my heat at 26 celcious most of the time, which is comfortable for me but way too hot for everyone else. I lost 40lbs a year ago, which is when I noticed I was colder more often, but I am a healthy weight so I don't see why that should matter. I heard that spices can help to keep your body's temperature up, but a lot of spices hurt my stomach and make me bloat.

Any ideas why i'm always so cold and how I can keep my body temperature up? Is this normal?

I have untreated high blood pressure (usually around 144/99). I am taking my blood pressure each day to monitor the situation and establish what level I am at. I know I need to go on medication, but I want a medication that will have few side effects. I am particularly concerned about sexual side effects and I would still like to be able to have a couple drinks now and again.

i know this sounds wierd but my girlfriend and i decided to try something new this past week. we inserted a pen into my penal hole in an attempt to get pleasure like a female. I recently started going to the gym to start on the path of weight loss. I'm doing fine in the exercise department. I go twice a day (1 hour in the morning/ 1 hour at night). But....I haven't been losing weight as a matter of fact...I've gained almost 5 lbs! Why? And why is that the more I work out the hungrier I am? I fight my "hunger" but I'm still not losing weight.

We met senior year of college and have been together for over a year. We live in different cities (100 miles apart) and see each other 2-3 times per month.Recently our true differences have been coming out. She is very logical, fact based, plans a lot, needs stuff to make sense. I am "feeling based", trust my gut instinct, happiness-driven, in the moment type of person. At first we seemed to complement each other, but now we have been fighting, especially over issues like money (she nickel and dimes everything and gets mad when she has to remind me to pay her back)(i think it all comes back in the long run) and thinks I am immature with leaving stuff out, toilet seat up, dishes in sink etc.We seem to have a strong bond for us to have stayed together this long, but is it too much of a sacrifice to deal with such different personalities? Am I being unfair to not change some of my ways?What is the best route to take here?Take a break to realize what we truly have? Beginning to be unhappy.
