Forget the pills. Just diet and exercise.

I took Hydroxycut and did not lose a single pound. I know it sucks to hear, but I hope you plan on exercising while you are losing weight because if you just lose weight then your skin will get all droopy and saggy so you need to build muscle at the same time. You don't have to go to a gym. When you are ironing - after you finish one item do some crunches or squats or something, or turn up the radio when no one is home and dance that is really good cardio that doesnt feel like work.

I am a physician that specializes in weight loss councilling. First let me say that none of the supplements work unless you undergo a lifestyle change. Nutrition and exercise are far more important than what supplement you chose.

Nutrition: You MUST eat. You know what a starving body does with any calories it is given?? Stores them as fat to use for the next starvation period. Well fed bodies burn fat. 4-5 healthy smaller meals daily convince a body that there is no need to store calories for the next starvation period. Protein drinks work well in between because they are low fat and low carb. eliminate refined sugars and grains. Move to whole grains in bread pasta, more vegetables a good multivitamin and ESPECIALLY a good Omega 3 essential fatty acid supplement. I could go on all day here but common sense here is tantamount. Fast food is out. lean white meats and vegetables are key.

Excercise- 20- 30 min of aerobic exercise depending on your health and level of fitness. start slow use common sense.

realize that a pound of fat has about 3000 Cal in it, so if you can burn off 500 more calories than you take in per day you will lose a pound a week. Slow and steady wins the race. more rapid loss usually means water or lean mass loss.

So what supplement? I like Symmetrys Thermo Balance because it has multiple herbal sources of some proven fat mobilizers like Citrus aurantium, Herba mate, cayenne, cinnamon, and many other too numerous to mention

got to www.symmetrydirect.com.sservices and click on Products and order from there or look at the ingredients and go to GNC for similar formulations. They also have omega and multivitamin supplements there.
but remember, lifestyle changes are byb far more important

i had a baby in December- and it has been rough- i'm the biggest that I have ever been. I gained a lot of weight too- i got up to 220! Now I am 177, and I'm feeling much better- i had to make some sacrifices for a while though- i don't eat bread, pasta, crackers, chips, no SODA! Lots of water! It will come off- and i do yoga booty ballet, but you've gotta do it everyday! I'm so impatient and i want my body back now! But it takes some time, so be patient! Eat right! And you will see a difference, and cutting carbs DOES work, but you MUST exercise- eat lots of fish and chicken---

Not sure, but I had a friend that was taking Hydroxy Cut and I haven't noticed any weight loss. I think all of them will work in addition to diet and exercise. Did you know that none of the diet pills on the market now have been approved by the FDA? One diet pill has been approved by the FDA and it isn't on the market yet.

I tried everything that was classified as a diet pill, with and without ephedra. The best I found was one called lipodrene with ephedra. It has a high level of hoodia in it too. I lost 6 pounds the first week- it helped control how much I ate, and I continued to lose weight. I lost around 20 pounds from it. They also make a ephedra free version of it, although i haven't tried it.

NOTHING Those are chemicals and IF you are breast feeding you will be giving your healthy baby those chemicals. Those chemicals speed up the metabolism but speeding up organs functioning like the heart rate.

Losing weight after a baby is normal. Just watch what you eat in smaller portions but enough for your good health and producing milk for the baby. You don't need pills but rather will-power!

IF you haven't lost any weight in another month, talk to your doctor. This is not the time to experiment with your health.

Congratulations.

Don't use pills. Just eat right and exercise. If you want to lose weight eat 1,500 calories a day, in healthy foods. Running and biking is great exercise. Pills--bad excuse. Diet the right way.

Pills don't work they are coming under fire in the news lately (lots of lawsuits against those companies)... and it's not smart, considering you just had a baby 5 months ago. It's going to take at least 1 year for the weight to come off. Just eat healthy and exercise.

None of those are healthy, and most don't work. The best thing you can do is eat healthy and exercise. Even talking your baby around the block in his/her stroller for 30 min a day. My sister dropped the 50 lbs she gained in 4 months simply from doing this. Remember that a lot of the baby weight was "temporary" weight and not fat that was stored for a long time, so it'll drop faster.

Do not take diet pills, they may initially cause you to lose weight, but they also can damage your liver and kidneys which will affect your health for the rest of your life in a negative manner. You may also develop problems with your gall bladder with these products.

You need to improve your choice of foods, and exercise more. This has to be a healthy living lifestyle choice.

I know people who have tried many of these diet pills and they have caused nothing but trouble for them and their health.
