I want to do sit-ups but I need someone to hold my feet; but I don't have anyone to do that. Is there something I can do to hold my feet down in place.

HOOK THEM UNDER YOUR COUCH IF U ARE AT HOME, IF NOT JUST ASK A GYM MEMBER.

Being someone in the Military we have to do a lot of sit-ups. Try doing them with your feet under the couch if that does not quite work, try doing them without anyone holding your feet at all. It is harder but do as many as you can. It is okay if you can only do a few just do a lot of sets and the longer you do them the more you will be able to do. When getting ready for a fitness test that is what i do then I can do a lot more when I have someone to hold them.

use the sit up benches at the gym... there's a place for your feet to go. ;)

or like the 1st guy said... put 'em under your couch if you're at home.

u can put them under a couch. Actually the situp is overrated, esp if u have feet held, as it tends to overwork the legs and takes stress off the abs.....try them with knees bent and go slow and feel the burn
