They run in the women in my family and I am getting them at a much younger age than my mother and grandmothers. Is there anything I can do to slow this process or get rid of them all together?

I've recently started taking a small dose of Ativan before bedtime to help me sleep-- I keep having these disturbing, wild, vivid dreams that feel REAL to me... I've actually been crying in my sleep and everything. Will this go away when I start getting used to the Ativan?? It's kinda creepy... but at least I'm sleeping I guess.

I dont know about you, but I have never seen a starving African with a gland problem. I think that you get fat because you eat to much and dont exercise.

I'm curious why so many people still believe cholesterol (or saturated fat for that matter) has anything to do with heart disease when there is a lot of evidence that it doesn't. Are people just not slightly curious about something like cholesterol where the drug companies spend huge sums of money to sell their products (statins) directly to consumers?

sometimes ill be doing anything, just standing, working, whatever, and suddenly a testicle hurts. i know of some who get this too.
