Does it work? If so, how well? Does it store easily?

Thanks in advance!

I have the ab lounger and I think its the best product ever. I love it. I only have to do half the number of crunchs I was doing before to really feel the burn. And part of why you feel it so much is b/c you are stretching the muscles back out. Your muscles get the best pull if you crunch them and stretch them back out. Your muscle is contracting with situps and basically it isn't working that hard b/c it gets smaller when its contracted and it's only crunching so far anyway. But when you stretch back out between crunchs your abs are working several times harder. (Same as if you did crunchs on an inflatable exercise ball)

I love it! In college I had a complete 6-pac and over the years I lost it. Now I'm gaining it back with the ab lounger.

(wow that sounded like some cheesy, spammers, "tony little" commercial--sorry for that but yeah i love my ab lounger...but just like any other thing, it'll just be a dust catcher if you dont USE it!)

seriously, i bought the ab swing and its really easy to store...a little too easy i haven't used that thing in years. I'm sure the ab lounge works but like anything with diet and exercise...its better then doing sit-ups on the floor.

I will say it stores easily but other than that, it is just another gimmick. It will probably end up like mine, in the basement...
