I get bumps on my back as I get on my face and over the time they turn black?

What can I use that would make them clear off or at least look clear HELP ME PLEASE SUMMER IS COMING!!!!!

It's probably a bad case of acne and they're turning black because they're turning into blackheads. Try this: Use Proactiv. (It works wonders!!!!!) Or u can use alcohol. It helps to dry them up.
