NO. All those ads for pills that enlarge your breasts are not real. They will make your breasts swell. thats what makes them "larger" you will have painful swollen breasts.

The hormones in birth control pills can cause glandular swelling, which may increase the size of the breasts slightly. This can also cause tenderness. The effect goes away when you stop taking the pill.
When teenagers are on the pill, their breasts are probably still growing anyway, so it's hard to say whether it's really from the pill.
Some people gain weight on the pill, so there may be a little increase in breast size from that, too.

No its not true.

If it were true women would not be seeking plastic surgeons to have a breast augmentation.

yes. ive found contraceptive pills are effective. i have gone up 2 bra sizes..

no, no, no, it has never happened! you could end up with swollen boobs!! don't take it.
