Taking B6 is very good at helping with the mood swings that occur with PMS. It is a part of B Complex (meaning that all the B vitamins are together in one product so that you don't have to buy separate bottles of B vitamins).

Just try and forget about it. It may be hard, but it will work. Do other things. Go to the movies, hang out with friends, do something. The less you think about it, the less it will bother you. Plus, doing things you like will put you in a good mood.

Try to avoid junk food, caffeine and sweets. Exercise, drink chamomile tea, go for a walk, etc.

Eh that can be hard. Work out or go for a run, it will increase endorphins in your brain which will make you feel happier.
