I'm almost 15 years old, 5'7 and 116 pounds. People tell me I'm too thin but all I see is fat. The BMI scale says I'm underweight [on the border line ofunderweight and desirable] but it says that Tom Cruise is obese, not just overweight, so I don't trust it. Anyways, all I see on my is big thighs, big hips, and fat. Am I fat or not. And if I'm not fat, is there any way to convince myself that I'm not fat? How do I lose weight???
