Well Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatique Syndromego hand in hand. As for some of the answers given to you when you have fibromyalgia you gota take the uneducated answers from people. They dont understand what we have so they just answer what they think is right wether it is or not.
My mom has suffered for about 15+ years and I have for 5 years. Was "officially" diaganosed last summer after over the counters stopped working.
I take B12 dots when I need a littl omph. One of my good friends take liquid B Complex. B vitamins help your muscles and body move and wake up. If they are not around or available drink a Rock Star Juiced. The two flavors have all the B vitamins and not a lot of the sugar/caffiene drop that you get with other drinks.
If you have any questions and need some more help from other sufferers go to myspace there are plenty of groups that are there for help.
Also there are plenty of places online that have helpful tips and information.

that's part of Fibromyalgia. Being very tired and having some degree of pain all over. I sleep 10 to 12 hours at night and 2 hours in the day. Some now say Fibromyalgia always includes Chronic Fatigue. Best of luck to you.

Glenda!
You MUST read "What your doctor does NOT know about Nutritional medicine may be KILLING you!", a wonderful book written by Dr.Ray Strand, MD.
He gives case histories as well as the dramatic solution.
His own wife suffered from Fibromyalgia!
Her symptoms were like yours, and her recovery is even more impressive!
Read it, rightaway! ...and then mail me!

I had the same experience. I would be so tried that I had to nap, or my pain would sky rocket. Try to find ways to imporve your quality of sleep at night, it helps. I also am taking Reliv nutritional supplements and find I have less pain and more energy. Check it out online www.reliv.com and find a local distributor, it has changed my life for the better!!

If you have fibromyalgia why do you need to ask that question? You're not being a hypochondriac... are you?
