anyone have any ideas of the best way to get rid of fat upper legs? the rest of my body is in good shape but i have these unsightly saddlebags that won't go away no matter how much i run, squat, kick, or whatever. any one have any ideas?

Stupid Bally's TF is cutting all the good classes.
I kinda got the old one in my head ... Jab's, Cross's, Uppers, Roundhouses, & kicks ... but I'm off on how much time to do stuff 4. Thank God, the instructor gave me a CD of her music ... but ah, I need to keep this up on my own now ... Help.

I broke my tib and fib just above my ankle 6 weeks ago. I had surgery to pin my fibia and have been in pot for 6 weeks. The cast was removed 3days ago, I was expecting to have a walking pot put on but I was told I didnt need one and to start trying to walk on it. My ankle is very swollen and goes red and purple when I lower my foot to the floor. I can't bear to put any weight on it or put my foot flat to the floor due to the pain so walking is absolutely impossible! There was no mention of physiotherapy at the hospital nor was I given any exercises to help regain movement in my ankle. Is it just a case of elevating my leg until the swelling goes down (how long should this take?) and then I will be able to start to weightbear? Is there something wrong or am I just being a wimp?

3) Will my penis grow some more, my 2 brother are almost the same size. They always inspect our penises and compare if they see things change. We all look the same and I hope I can be the same size as them. My big brother are 8.3" the second brother 8.1" but with a lot more pubic hair than the older one. I 'm 7.4" with very little hair my brother say I look good and if it's smaller it should be fine.

i got alot of super glue all over my hands. i woke up during the night and both my hands were numb and tingling. this morning, they still feel numb at the fingertips i also feel a little lightheaded. something just doesnt feel right. im worried cuz im 26 weeks pregnant, so i dont know if its possible for it to have gotten in my system. maybe im just being paranoid. any advice?? or anyone know anything about it. thank you!

Whenever I wear sunglasses, I get headaches. I also get dizzy and feel nauseated, especially when I'm in a vehicle. Because of this, I don't wear sunglasses. However, I've been thinking that I should be wearing them to protect my eyes. I've never gotten a good quality pair of sunglasses because I don't want to hand over hundreds of dollars for such a simple thing. Lately, though, I've been thinking that it might be worth the investment. Does anyone know what causes the headaches and maybe what kind of sunglasses I can get to avoid this problem?

My mom just retired in August. But in the last month or two we notice she tells us stories that she has already told us. She also is like a little bee and can't concentrate on just one thing (she has to play dice and watch the news, or go through papers). She didn't do this as much before. A couple of weekends ago, there were 6 of us playing dice. She told us this dog story. The next night we played dice with the same 6 people. She told us the same dog story again. (She didn't really meet people in between the two days). Is this an early warning sign or is she just adjusting to her new slower life?

i got conjucttivitius 2 years ago, and it never really cleared up with antibotics, so i started using eye drops from boots which cleared my redness, but now i have been using for 2 years, and whenever i am under certain lights my eyes look red, i think i have damaged my eyes permantaly, is there anything too solve the redness now??

My mother had surgery some time ago on her throat. This was to remove her thyroid gland either way afterwards she had to wait till her voice healed before she could speak afterwards she always sounded winded, out of breath and at some points she loses her voice completely in the middle of a sentence. We have a family friend who is a doctor and believes that a nerve could have been cut that is causing her to loose her voice. If she looses her voice permanently which is possible then she can't keep her job. Right now she can speak, but there is a fear it could be more permanent.

i believe i have carpal tunnel. i wake up to numbness in my hand and a sharp pain all the wai up into my elbow its the worst pain ever lol i cant make a fist anymore i have a hard time opening like soda bottles and useing my light and it hurts so bad to try to pick up somthing heavy with it i feel like im going to drop it i wakwe up in the middle of the night from the numbness i been experienceing it for a cupple months now but i havent gone to the doctors because my mom thinks im a hopocondriact i kinda am though i always think somthings wrong with me so i dont wanna gfo and feel stupid but at the same time i want to know before it gets worse because im only 18 i also have bone problem in my other wrist i believe its called like catbox or suttin its when ur bone deteriates or however its spelt ive had surgery on it. but i know wat that feels like and its not the same things thats the reason why i think i should go 2 the doctors because i held off my other hnd for yrs wat do u think

I'm a male of almost 19 and have been shaving for a good few years now but I've yet to master it to be honest. My facial hair grows in quite thick and fast so I shave regularly, And because I shave regularly I come out in burns, rashes, spots and all sorts of things in different shapes and sizes.

I can never shave too close which is annoying for both me and my girlfriend, Are there any creams/lotions or foams for this?
