Whenever I wear sunglasses, I get headaches. I also get dizzy and feel nauseated, especially when I'm in a vehicle. Because of this, I don't wear sunglasses. However, I've been thinking that I should be wearing them to protect my eyes. I've never gotten a good quality pair of sunglasses because I don't want to hand over hundreds of dollars for such a simple thing. Lately, though, I've been thinking that it might be worth the investment. Does anyone know what causes the headaches and maybe what kind of sunglasses I can get to avoid this problem?

I agree that you just might have a problem with your eyes. Get them checked.

When you get sun glasses, make sure they are the right size for you. And keep them clean: Little specs of anything on them can really do a number with your vision.

Good luck!
