anyone have any ideas of the best way to get rid of fat upper legs? the rest of my body is in good shape but i have these unsightly saddlebags that won't go away no matter how much i run, squat, kick, or whatever. any one have any ideas?

1. Horse back riding fixes this

2. Get a BOSU (1/2 Ball)
Sit on the squishy side the way you would sit side saddle on a horse:

Starting working out right leg:
* Hips parallel with wall in front of you.
* Left Leg in front of you in a reverse "L" shape (Yoga - Pigon)
Left shin should be parall with wall in front of you & hips
Left thigh should be vertical to wall in front of you.
* Right Leg is drooping off BOSU again making "L" shape.
Right thigh is vertical to wall in front of you. Right shin is parallel to the wall to the right of you.
* Lift the right leg up and slightly back.
* More advanced lift right leg up slightly back then strech out straight.

This is mimicking ridding a horse side saddle ... Do lots of reps.
