Here's a really nice chart for you to compare. Just a reminder that peanuts are not truly a nut, but a legume. The protein is assimilated differently than a tree nut.

Almonds, Filberts (hazelnuts), Peanuts, Chestnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts, Cashews, Pecans, and Macadamias all have a high value of protein as well as fiber and other vitamins. Basically, choose which is your favorite nut(s) and start enjoying a healthy snack.

the bioavailability of proteins derived from nuts and seeds is very low about 60% and less. the bioavailability is the amount of usable protein that remains after digestion. so if you consume a serving of nuts that has 5 grams of protein you are really only getting 2.5 grams.
