Blood tests used for health screening do not test for the presence of blood alcohol, but you may end up with elevated liver enzymes from the alcohol.

Well, what I've heard is that as long as you aren't feeling the effects of alcohol (like being drunk/tipsy/buzzed) then the blood alcohol level is low enough for you to show up as having an acceptable blood alcohol level. At least, this is what I was told when donating blood.
