i'm just wondering on health grounds that by having sex late would actually give you more years

You could check the statistics for religious orders. Despite the well-publicized exceptions, most members of orders that demand a vow of celibacy keep that vow. I think you will find that there is little difference in how long they live compared with, say, clergy in religions that do not demand celibacy.
However, married men statistically live longer than unmarried men, even if the unmarried men stay sexually active.

No. All that sexual buildup will most likely give you some serious stress problems. I am quite convinced that sex is good for you. In fact, it can count as 20 minutes of cardio each day if done right, and everyone knows doctors say this makes you live longer. Just don't get an STD, that will definetly cut your time on this earth down.

No. but the virgin can avoid diseases including cervical cancer by staying a virgin (HPV and Herpes virus are serious conditioning factors for that). But if they don't get pregnant the risk of a uterine cancer increases because she will be exposed longer to the effect of the hormones.
It's a no way out road... Sorry.

men need sex but it should be safe and legal.too much is bad but not having sex or masturbation is also bad.
