For the past 4 days I have been getting these crazy headaches in my temple. Every time I look down to the left I get this throbbing pain in the upper right part of my head. Should I get it checked out or could it just be tension headaches?

Any headache lasting more than 3 days should be investigated.
It could be a pinched nerve, or tension headache, or migraine, but its worth the trip to the doctor rule out anything else.
See your doctor, and hope it settles soon.

If it were me, I'd go to the doctor. It may be a tension headache but many things (bad) come in hidden packages. You might have a serious problem or you may not. You won't know until you go to the doctor to check it out.
I remember a few years ago this boy died of a toothache (that resulted in some kind of tumor or something).

It could just be a tension headache, but you really need to get it checked out as soon as possible. Strange, very painful headaches are usually a very good warning sign of something not so good.

While it's possible that the headache could be related to tension/stress this definitely needs to be evaluated by a dr to make sure that nothing more serious is going on.

If you haven't had migraines in the past, and these are new to you, you need to pay attention to them. Keep a diary. Write down when and what made your headache start. When you see your doctor, you can give them extra info that can help. It could be simple sinus thing. Better safe than sorry.

It could be tension headaches, migraine or some other type of headache.
It's always best to get checked by your physician. He/she would know your personal health history as well as family history that might be adding to your headaches.
When in real doubt, always see your physician.

It sounds like how I feel when I have a sinus headache. When I bend over, or look one way or the other my eyes hurt. Try a sinus medication, like Tylenol Sinus, or Alleve sinus. You'll probably have to sign at the pharmacy for one...no big deal.

Probably best to get checked out by your dr.
You just never know. Although stress/tension can cause headaches.

Leave it if it may be linked to stress or general life issues, but if it persists, definately get it checked out.
