I'm an 18 year old highschool senior (female) and I weigh 151 lbs. I want to get down to 140 lbs. What is the best way to lose weight without pills and without starving myself? I dont get off work until 7:30pm and have to wake up for school at 6:30am so I can't be out too late at night.

I'm 21 and married and both my husband and have agreed to not have children. I don't want to get too detailed on why.
I have severe PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and it takes a toll on our marriage. Medication has not helped. I would just like to get rid of periods altogether. If I got my uterus removed (which I know is an irreversible option), would my PMDD be a thing of the past? What would happen to my hormone level? Would I be more susceptible to certain types of cancer later on?
Please share any personal experience. Thanks.

For the last few months I have been feeling really sick. I thought it might be that I am pregnant but i've taken 6 tests that have comeout negative. I am always tired, sleepy, low energy or interest in things, moody/emotional, nauseus (specially in the morning-last week vomited twice). I just can't figure it out. What do i have?
I am trying to eat as healthy as i can. I had gained a little bit of weight and am trying to lose it in a healthy way by not eating anything fatty and increasing the veggie intake. Plus i also started taking vitamins. yet i just feel worse everyday. What is it?

I am menopausal, and I am at least 45# overweight. I am 49 and am having a hard time with it .I don't eat much. I have read that 5-6 mini meals is helpful with menopausal women. I walk everyday . I can't exercise alot with arthritis in hip and knees. I am active though. Money tight, no ins, so checking my thyroid is out. Thanks for the help.

I was wondering this because all the websites I researched said they were rare and uncommon. I've always known there was something "off" down there, but until I found those websites I didn't know what it was. Now I feel incredibly self conscious about my body like I'm some freak mutant.

My boyfriend told me he doesn't mind and that he doesn't see a problem with it. We've had sex and its still there, which makes it even worse because it gets in the way sometimes and its even more embarrassing than it is already,

So do you know how uncommon they are and any ways I can feel less freak like? I think I just need some reassuring advice.

I have to take a drug test this week for a volunteer position, and it has been a long time since i've taken one. I was wondering if I needed to be concerned for the following medicines that I currently take if anyone can help me:

Topomax (really prescribed for depression, but I take it to help with Migranes..100 mg a day)
Tylenol PM to help me sleep (2 a night)
Excedrin if I need it during the day

Thanks!!

I have been feeling extremely fatigued since about Saturday night with a mild nausea beginning yesterday morning...It isn't as bad to the point where I cannot eat and I have not actually vomited but the feeling has persisted and I'm trying to figure out what it may be. Yesterday it felt like I was beginning to become congested so I took this stuff called "Airborne", which is suppose to help prevent a cold and it did actually work but no matter how long I sleep, I still feel fatigued and I still feel pretty nauseas. I did see my brother over the weekend and the weekend prior he had a stomach virus, do you think that I might have caught it? and what recommendations would you make so I can get over this as soon as possible? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Feel constantly tired. Have been to the doctors who have ruled out anemia, diabeties and thyroid. Get a good amount of sleep every night and am fairly active.

Any idea's why I'm so tired all the time?
