Don't eat?...exercise?...I don't think that is possible in so short a time is it? What about those vibrating body board things they have in the gym?.....hmmm....good luck!

Try the low carb diet. I could never do it because I have no self control, but I have friends that have done it. The first week or 2 is when they lost the most weight. It drops really fast. Also drink a lot of water. I am a big fan of green tea but I don't know if it will go along with low carb. You should try doing some cardio exercises everyday. Good luck!

1. Go to your gym and do a different cardio aerobic class 5 days a week(this will give u an all over body workout) or use an excercise vid 5 days a week. So you will burn calories.
2.Lift some weights for 10min twice a day every other day. This will make you more toned and leaner plus thsi will quicken your meatabolism.(which burns more calories even at rest!! ) :)
3.Diet! For 2 weeks i reccomend a rich protein diet and low carb. Protein repiars and builds muscle which quickens your meatabolism. so...
.Poached/boiled egg for breakfast(on 1 slice of brown bread) or beans on toast.
. Chicken salad for lunch, or bean/tuna
.Fish with veg or salad for your evening meal.
Snack on fruit every 3 hours- this keeps your meatabolism burning...thus burning calories and you wont get hungry. Oh and lots and lots of water

Hi its not really possible even with excercise the amount you will use from cutting down your portion size is about 4lbs which is enought to let you notice as its not far of half a stone, but you have to stick to having no snacks and having half you standard meal size. I was talking to a girl was and she said after she had had her baby girl she didnt really have time to cook herself anything so she lived of soup and this is how she lost her baby weight. So when she wants to loose weight quickly then she calls it the soup diet. she said she lost loads in a week. It might work for you,

not achieveable i'm afraid, except you do liposuction or some thing. in case you nutrients plan not undemanding, you may lose 6 pounds. i assume you have have been given a huge journey arising? I advise instead which you attempt to discover some clothing you're mushy with. possibly placed funds into shaping physique sock, stockings or pants. placed on massive, tummy masking knickers that suck your abdomen in. i know they seem undesirable, yet you would be wearing clothing so relax :)

Can only suggest hoola hoop and other exercises twice daily for minimum of 20 minutes.
