a couple of days. Which period would i calculate my next start date by the first period or the one a few days later?

I am trying to get pregnant, thats why i'm asking. I already have a daughter.

I would keep a journal & track when you bleed.
It can take a while for your cycle to normalize itself,
although some women might need a little help & use birth control to regulate their cycle.
As the other person mentioned, there are many factors that can contribute changes in your cycle.
Also female athletes, who have a lot of muscle & no body fat stop bleeding.

I would calculate by the second one,but remember,there are many things that can affect our menstrual patterns,too. Stress can make us late,medications or birth control can affect it,a new program of exercising can,or even a new diet. Don't worry too much. That can affect it,too.Remember,stress. Just relax,and it will happen when and how it happens. Good luck.
