Before I start this question might I add I have went through 3 rounds of antibiotics with no results. I am a 29 year old otherwise healthy woman. I have had a left supraclavicular lymph node the size of a golf ball for 2 months now it is nontender, the only pain is like its sitting on a nerve and hurts up the left side of my head and down my arm. After seeing my dr she took bloodwork and my wbc was 3.2, my hemoglobin was 9 I had protien and bilirubin in my urine also. My ct scan showed the same findings with my lymph node.. it was rather large. I have night sweats, unexplained fevers (up to 102 everyday), extreme fatigue, itchy skin, and over all feel worse than I ever have in my life. She is sending me to a surgeon for a biopsy. I have a strong family history of cancers of all types. This is really scaring me... what are the possibilities?

okay im 17, i've been having pains on my lower abdomen, on the left side and sometimes on the right, i also have a pain in my lower back that sometimes runs to the back of my thighs, i've been scared that im pregnant because im sexually active ( although i've only had sex once and it was with a condom 2 days before my period ended) after that my next cycle was late, short, and light...can this be pregnancy or an ovarian cyst? im afraid to go to the gyn because im nervous that i might be pregnant, do you think i can stop worrying about pregnancy and go with the cyst thing?

Any tips on how I can wake up early in the morning alert and ready to go. I live in a dorm with three other guys and I have the earliest class (7:30). When I wake up I'm groggy and sometimes fall right back to sleep, missing classes...Any ideas?

I weight 80kg and I am 172 cm (5'7") tall, I get sick really easy, always tired & lazy and carry abit of weight on my stomach, thigh & bottom area. It doesnt look bad because im quite tall, I was thinking of going on the Master Cleanse for 10 days to detoxify but im wondering how much weight approximetly would i lose? Would it work and if anyone has done this diet before to advise me of any symptoms & how much wieght did you lose - Also, how did you feel afterwards? .. Thankyou all!!

A family on wife swap only ate raw meat which they slaughtered on their farm. When this family ate takeaway food they had bad stomach pains the following day. The hospital dietician while she did not recommend the family's diet she could not say whether this was bad for them or not.The dietician did not explain the reason why take away food had such an adverse effect on this family. There is plenty of information about the high fat content and additives in the western diet but I have never read anything about the benefits of eating raw meat. I would be interested in your comments.

so i have recently.. like the past two days.. gotten this terrible jaw pain on my right side. i could hardly sleep last night and when i move my bottom jaw to the right its some serious pain. my jaw cracks alot so im just kind of wondering if that has something to do with it. but it really hurts my ear and im sure its just referred pain but im kind of wondering maybe if my wisdom teeth might be coming in or something.. or if my jaw is just sore.. anyone know?

Over the past year I've gained weight from stress and trying to eat healthy on a college campus. I'm on the crew team (with practices 5-6 days a week) and I count my calories every day and have a journal that I write everything I eat or drink in, but i still cant seem to lose any more weight. It'd like to be able to drop 20lbs but it just seems like nothing's working even after trying some dieting pills and teas. Any tips?

I have been stressed out for the past two-three days. I can't seem to get any work done. I have not been able to do my work for the past two-three days and I can't afford to procrastinate any longer. I need to stop procrastinating, I need to start doing my work, and not slack off. Since I only have six weeks left of my second semester in college, I'm starting to backslide. Can anybody give me any tips on how to start my work, not procrastinate, and not be so stressed out?

sorry to ask another question regarding this...
but what exactly does the nurse do cus i think i am going to get it done tomorrow, im sick of ear pain due to wax build up, cerumol nor heated olive oil, decongenstants, hot water bottles etc is doing much...so if someone who has experienced it could let me know..in the least scary way as possible that wud be good.

I think I might be pregnant. I'm 4-5 days late, but I'm have cramping and today I feel sick to my stomach and I have a headache. But I could just be worring myself sick, I don't know. I'm going to take a pregnacy test on my lunch break...but my question is, should I call the guy and let him know what I'm going through, so I'm not the only one worring?! I don't know what I'm going to do if I'm pregnant...
