I have been stressed out for the past two-three days. I can't seem to get any work done. I have not been able to do my work for the past two-three days and I can't afford to procrastinate any longer. I need to stop procrastinating, I need to start doing my work, and not slack off. Since I only have six weeks left of my second semester in college, I'm starting to backslide. Can anybody give me any tips on how to start my work, not procrastinate, and not be so stressed out?

Well first you need to stop then make a plan oon what you need to do. MAke a weekly plan and stick to it. ANd when you have a chance just go to a quiet place and meditate and do breathing exercises. It helps alot when you don't have to think about what's going on and what you have to do all day everyday all you do is look in your weekly planner and make time for that. Also before you go to bed at night make some herbal tea and it will relax you more. But remember why get all stressed out when you can just enjoy life and make it fun. SO want to chat just IM me or e-mail me anytime.

Go to a day spa and forget everything else. Then, when you come back home, make a list of everything you need to start doing. When you start your tasks of knocking things off the list one-by-one, remember the spa. Treat yourself and then reward yourself.
