Do one thing, stop eating rice, pasta, all breads, all potatoes,
all sweets, that includes sweet drinks all all kinds.
When you stop the starches you automatically use much less butter. This brings the weight down.
Bump up the veggies and lean meat. Good Luck.
I agree with the fact you should lose about 22 lbs.

Well the only way you can lose weight is slowly because it will come off and stay off. Lose fast weight and once you stop it will come back and more. But but eatting not as much and walking for about 30 minutes a day and working it up to more you will lose lots of weight but slowly. So never lose weight in a rush it could be bad for you. But if you can do some exercises too well that helps too. If you do exercises don't over do it and only do them 3 times a week you don't need to do them all the time. SO good luck. And also remember your still too young to worry about a weight problem.Be yourself and love yourself and it will help you go far. No matter what.

Youshould not be more than 50kg.Start with dieting ( ovoid fatty food ,fast food, take lot of green salad less of chapati or bread ) running, work out .

Look your only 12 so just let it be...but if you want to loose weight just excercise and eat less junk food and more fruits....
