You should explain in your problem to your doctor, or in London you may be able to explain it to a pharmacist. You'll probably get a prescription for Viagra, or something like it, and it will probably work. The phrase 'blue pill' here generally refers to the drug Viagra. Your doctor can prescribe other things if Viagra doesn't work, but it's usually the first thing they try. Ignore the 'herbal viagra' ads: it's just a scam.

I believe viagra is now available over the counter at Boots, but the pharmacist is obliged to ask you a few questions before he lets you buy it. If I were you, I would see a doctor for a check-up. If he thinks you need viagra or another medication, he'll write a prescription for you.
