Try jogging for 30 minutes each day. You should lose a kilogram or more each week.

dear kai,

if i am right, one has to "waste" 3500 kcal then one may lose 1 kg. i myself want to lose 3 kgs and it is pretty hard. sometimes i am tempted to eat a bar of chocolate.. and um i may say that i am a white bread freak.. :P i feel like i cannot live without it . :P and i have been trying to eat both white bread and whole wheat bread. although i am asian, i rarely eat rice. i also join a gym and i do cardio fitness for one hour. and after cardio, i do sit up 200 times. you should do this for a week. then you may see the changes. but remember, do not be too hard on yourself. good luck !!! :P

it depends on your height, weight and age. you could be losing inches and not weight. use this site to help you figure out how long to jog. actually, walking is better for your joints and does just as much good.
