I have been feeling extremely fatigued since about Saturday night with a mild nausea beginning yesterday morning...It isn't as bad to the point where I cannot eat and I have not actually vomited but the feeling has persisted and I'm trying to figure out what it may be. Yesterday it felt like I was beginning to become congested so I took this stuff called "Airborne", which is suppose to help prevent a cold and it did actually work but no matter how long I sleep, I still feel fatigued and I still feel pretty nauseas. I did see my brother over the weekend and the weekend prior he had a stomach virus, do you think that I might have caught it? and what recommendations would you make so I can get over this as soon as possible? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Im not a doctor but fatigue and nausea are good symptoms to something chronic going on. Ask your brother about his symptoms and make a comparison. I suspect something else with the length of your fatigue. If your symptoms last a week you should see a doctor immediately as fatigue could means something more serious. Has there been a fever? A fever definitely says that something is going on. Although you have not vomited, are you able to eat? If not a virus sounds likely; if you are able to eat and not vomit, again, something else is going on. Is pregnacy an option? Take care of yourself and the best to you and your health.

you don't want to take any chances in just the gust of wind blew your direction and may have caught abit of your brother's symptoms so you may want to replinish your vitaminC intake. I usually add iron, vitamin E and CodLive
Oil are great for the skin, Kelp good for the hair growth and shine or if you prefer an all in one vitamin govering the most important vitamin suppliment for our Mind, Body, and Soul. I find starting my day simple and not put to much pressure on myself in a day because we can only do so much. Also, try a simple exercise for the mind, something note required to use to much energy. I like to write in my journal on my 'bleuhoodays' or paint/draw even cleaning for me light cleaning helps cleanse my soul and I begin to feel revived. Then when feeling ready for something different to do it would be more comforting and eager to put my vast amount of redirected energy to fullfil passions for balanced and to be intuned with the higher spiritual self for improvement. The last suggestion I may have is considering if you have missed your monthly femine cycle?
If I may add because for me has done wonders in picking up my spirits althought blue and down. I may sure to get some type of breakfast even if it is just a glass of milk or juice. Tea or Coffee alone I don't recommend, now there are days when I punished myself and went on just the cafferine alone I found myself with a bit of a gut rot, so I've learn if my cravings don't give in I make sure I have some type of wheat product be a piece of toast, cereal, muffin, biscuit. After, look at the weather if not severe I make a point to take a walk outside usually I convince myself having to purchase an item at the local convience store. Basically, I would recommend just to focus your energy on yourself think of things that made you happy write them down if you need this way you can keep track of your journey with life see the ups and downs and how you felt when taking the chance to change and improve yourself and life. Good luck, be well stay active, give me an email if wish for further recommendations i.e. through my online free Spiritual Reading and/or your free report on Numerology Reading.

Yep, stomach virus, there was also an upper respiratory thing with the virus around here. My son had it for 6 days. I got it too but wasn't as sick as he was.
Good luck, go to bed!
