For the last few months I have been feeling really sick. I thought it might be that I am pregnant but i've taken 6 tests that have comeout negative. I am always tired, sleepy, low energy or interest in things, moody/emotional, nauseus (specially in the morning-last week vomited twice). I just can't figure it out. What do i have?
I am trying to eat as healthy as i can. I had gained a little bit of weight and am trying to lose it in a healthy way by not eating anything fatty and increasing the veggie intake. Plus i also started taking vitamins. yet i just feel worse everyday. What is it?

Is it possible you are depressed:

If you have depression, you may feel hopeless and sad or stop feeling pleasure from almost everything you do. You may feel “down in the dumps,” tearful, or discouraged. You may also be irritable or anxious or have low energy levels. The symptoms of depression are often subtle at first. It can be hard to recognize that symptoms may be connected and that you might have depression.

The two most significant symptoms of depression are: 3

Sadness or hopelessness.
Loss of interest in or pleasure from most daily activities.
Other symptoms include:

Losing or gaining weight because of changes in appetite.
Sleeping too much or not enough.
Feeling restless and unable to sit still, or feeling that moving takes a great effort.
Feeling tired all the time.
Feeling unworthy or guilty without an obvious reason.
Having problems concentrating, remembering, or making decisions.
Thinking often about death or suicide.
If you have at least five of these symptoms for 2 weeks or longer, and one of the symptoms is either sadness or loss of interest, you are diagnosed with major depression. But, if you have fewer than five symptoms, you may still be depressed and need treatment.

Many women experience mood changes before menstruation. Physical and emotional premenstrual symptoms that interfere with relationships or responsibilities are known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS). However, women who have emotional and physical premenstrual symptoms that seriously interfere with daily life may have a type of depression known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). For more information see the topic Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

Many health professionals see people with general symptoms that may be difficult to link to depression. These symptoms, which commonly occur with depression, include:

Having headaches and other body aches and pains.
Having digestive problems, including constipation or diarrhea.
Losing interest in sex or being unable to perform sexually.
Feeling anxious or worried without an obvious reason.
Blaming yourself or others for your depression.
Not moving or talking for hours.
Other symptoms of depression may include: 4, 3

Overeating and weight gain (rather than loss of appetite).
Oversleeping (rather than insomnia).
Increased tearfulness, anger, and generally not feeling well, along with anxiety and tension.
Sometimes, a feeling of heaviness in the arms and legs.
Sensitivity to rejection.
Depression is a serious problem for people of any age, and older adults with symptoms of depression should seek treatment right away. Depression in older adults can cause confusion or forgetfulness (although some medications can cause these symptoms as well). Depression has also been identified as a significant risk factor for death in older adults with heart problems. 5

Go to the doctor.
Depression could be one but that has been covered here.Though I am unsure that it would cause nausea.
Pregnancy Tests can fail... tube pregnancy can cause this as well as other factors. Get a blood test for that to be absolutely sure.
Your diet may not be suited for you, talk to a nutritionist to help you there.
You may want to stop the vitamins and/or find new ones... you could just be having bad reaction to them... or over doing them.
Again you should talk to a doctor to make sure all is in order... if it comes back nothing is wrong or you are not pregnant(by way of blood test)... then think about the diet and vitamins! You can try eliminating them first and see if you get better... then you will know if it was them... you don't get better... try a diet change and so on. If nothing is working try exercising it should help you build up some energy. but all that is only after you go to the doctor!!!!

I'm surpised you haven't been to the doctor yet. After a month of this, how could you stand it? Personally after a few weeks of this and negative HPTs I would have made a line for the doctor's office!

No one on this site is going to know what this is. Your best bet is to go to your doctor and get tests and blood work done to figure this out.

candida albicans. your digestion might be weak and you are eating too much refined carbs which just is a bad combination with a weak digestive system because the refined carbs just go into the colon undigested and feeds the candida albicnans which is a normal resident of the colon. the sickness is the toxins released as a by product of candida metabolism. stay away from carbs. you will feel better nd tke lots of lemon juice (unsweetened)
