i need to lose weight prob at least 20-30 pounds by may for a a wedding, im the bridesmaid, is it possible , any suggestions of how to get started and achieve it, also i need to lose my love handles, some lower abdominal fat, flab on my back ,i guess back love handles, and some in my face , any sugggestions on how to and how long it would take?

I have tried everything from Allegra to Claritin to Zyrtec. I've been on the shots for years. Nothing works :( I've heard about several non-Western treatments like acupuncture but have never tried it. Also, I have the rings around my eyes from allergies as well. Dermatologist said he can't prescribe anything. Does anyone know a way to get rid of that as well? Thanks for your help in advance. God bless.

i haven't been on a diet or anything, i'm really scare, i'm positive i'm not pregnant. it was always late when i was 13, but now i'm 19 and this time even worse my period is late 6 months! it never happened to me before. o and also ,would this ruin my chance of becomming pregnant?

I used a saline nasal spray a few days ago. Now, when I inhale, all I can smell is the spray. It's almost as if I can taste it too. It's making me very uncomfortable. Is there anything I can do to make it go away or do I just have to wait it out? Thanks in advance!

My wife has severe Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. We are in need of a new bed, and want to buy one but im not sure which might be the best for her. She never seems to get a good nights rest.

We have been looking at the Select Comfort, but we are actually considering going with a Tempurpedic.

It doesn't have to be limited to those two but what might help the most.

Ok i heard that it is normal for women to let out discharge and that if it yellow or have a smell that means you might have an infection. But, what if your discharge has blood in it and something that dark brown and dose not have a smell what could cause that.

This is kind of a follow up question. I have a super low BMI (15.8-16.3) and just found out i have less then 12% body fat. I eat alot though, so don't go thinking i have an eating problem. All i need to know is how fast i can get clean. I was a super chronic smoker (7+ times a week for a few months), i havent smoked for a week now, and before that it was three times in three weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions or do you think the Complete Body Cleansing Program from GNC will work. I have a week and 2 days to get clean. Help?

I can't take it anymore.
