i need to lose weight prob at least 20-30 pounds by may for a a wedding, im the bridesmaid, is it possible , any suggestions of how to get started and achieve it, also i need to lose my love handles, some lower abdominal fat, flab on my back ,i guess back love handles, and some in my face , any sugggestions on how to and how long it would take?

30 pounds by May is probably unrealistic...you could lose 20 if you work hard enough. Exercise! Exercise! Exercise! And watch what you eat. Lots of vegetables and lean protein. The best fruits to eat if you want to lose weight are apples, pears, and grapefruits - try to lay off the bananas, grapes, and avocados.
Your biggest challenge may be self-discipline - but if you want it bad enough, you can achieve it! Good Luck!

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.
